Quality assurance systems

We offer a range of quality assurance systems for maintaining machine uptime at the highest level.

a) Preform testing
Only impeccable preforms guarantee a precise heating and stretch blow molding process. We provide testing devices installed at the preform infeed or transfer station 1 to sort out damaged preforms. Both systems (AGR and Mevisco) are video-supported and eliminate preforms with irregular necks.

b) Bottle testing (off center measuring)
Testing systems detecting non-axial, irregular bottles are either installed upstream of the air conveying line or at the rotating wheel (Mevisco). Damaged bottles are eliminated.

c) Bottle testing (wall thickness measuring)
For process testing we offer a video-supported inline testing system (AGR) for measuring the wall thicknesses of blown bottles, in particular after product changeovers and for Light Weighting.
