Mandrels

Mandrels are standard parts in all machines. They enable preform transport on one level without turning. Impurities in preforms and bottles are avoided by the neck-down principle. Minimal pitch enables extremely short process times. The guidance into the transfer platform for high speed production is very precise. The transport is supported by numerous levers resulting in significant reduction of acceleration.
