Valuable contents perfectly protected
Milk and milk products contain many valuable ingredients such as protein, vitamins, potassium, phosphate, iron, magnesium and calcium. However, these nutrients are sensitive and therefore demanding in terms of handling and packaging.
During processing and filling already, care must be taken to protect the vitamins and nutrients.
The packaging must exhibit specific properties because it has:
- to protect against light. If the contents come into contact with UV rays then the vitamins and nutrients are destroyed
- ensure that natural aromas are sustainably maintained
- avoid ingress of oxygen as otherwise, bacteria growth is promoted, which spoils the milk
