Low heating energy

To reduce the heat energy, the preform must be optimally designed. Only then the optimal heat penetration can be obtained. The selection of material is a further key factor. The aim of our laboratory test is to define a process setting for minimal energy consumption enabling bottle production with the lowest possible weight, stability and reproducability pursuant to the specifications.
